I often add (n/t) to the end of an email subject, which means "::no text":: simply to say to the recipient that everything they need to know is in the subject line and all you will get by opening the message, is my signature. It was something I learned from reading the comments in User Friendly the comic strip.
e.g. Please ring your mum (n/t)
